Accessing and using the 2RIDE website, as well as registering / participating in the 2RIDE tours, implies the acceptance of the following General Conditions:
- About 2Ride Tours
1.1. 2RIDE commits itself to perform all the diligences to have the Tour in optimal conditions and under the guidance of the Tour Coordinators having the necessary skills and experience.
1.2. The participant undertakes to hold a valid identity document during the Tour, as well as a category A driving license within the validity term and not to be the subject of any suspension measure and to present them at any request of the Tour Coordinators.
1.3. The participant declares and warrants that it is medically fit for sustained physical effort and intense mental concentration and that it does not suffer from any condition or disability that could affect in any way the ability to control a vehicle or which – it could endanger health, physical or mental integrity during the Tour.
1.4. The participant will not be present at the Tour under the influence of alcoholic beverages, psychoactive substances or drugs that could in any way affect his driving skills and / or psychomotor performance. Any suspicion of the Tour Coordinators regarding the violation of this obligation will result in the exclusion of the Tour Participant, taking such a measure being left to the exclusive appreciation of the Tour Coordinators.
1.5. The participant declares and warrants that the motorcycle he / she will use during the Tour complies with the technical norms regarding road safety and environmental protection, is used according to the destination and fulfills all the conditions for traveling on public roads.
1.6. The Participant will not endanger in any way, by any action or inaction, the safety of the Tour Coordinators, other participants or any person participating in the Tour. Any violation of this obligation will result in the Exclusion of the Tour Participant, taking such a measure being left to the exclusive appreciation of the Tour Coordinators.
1.7. The participant declares that he accepts unconditionally and irrevocably the risk of suffering damages as a result of participating in the Tour. The participant declares that he assumes full responsibility for his participation in the Tour, thus giving up any claims, claims for compensation against 2RIDE, the Tour Coordinators in relation to the way of the Tour or for any damages incurred as a result of participating in the Tour or about it.
1.8. The participant gives his express and unequivocal consent that the personal data concerning him, be collected by 2RIDE, to be processed in compliance with the legal conditions regarding the protection of the persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, in the following purposes: advertising, marketing and advertising, statistics.
1.9. 2RIDE is exempted from any liability for any kind of direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable damages incurred by the Participant or by any other persons following or in connection with the running of the Tour. 2RIDE shall not be liable under any circumstances for damage or degradation of any kind of the participant’s protective equipment or motorcycle, any goods belonging to third parties, nor for bodily injury or physical or mental suffering suffered by the Participant or any third party during or as a result or in connection with the Tour.
1.10. The Tour is not, in principle, prevented by adverse weather conditions (such as wind, rain). However, the Tour Coordinators may unilaterally decide to suspend, interrupt or postpone the Tour, including in adverse weather conditions.
1.11. 2RIDE shall have no obligations whatsoever and shall be exempt from any liability to the Cursant for any suspensions, interruptions or delays of the Tour caused by actions or inactions of the third parties or because of the Participant’s fault.
1.12. Any delay of the Participant towards the scheduled time for the start of the Tour may result in the exclusion of the Participant from the Tour, taking such a measure being left to the exclusive appreciation of the Tour Coordinators.
1.13. In the event of not participating in the Tour, the Participant will be reimbursed the remuneration paid in advance if he notifies 2RIDE in writing with at least 7 calendar days before the date on which the Tour takes place. If the Participant does not notify the non-participation within the term mentioned above, the remuneration will not be refunded. Exceptions are the cases of illness or accident proven in writing, with supporting documents.
1.14. The tour coordinators will visually check the technical and physical state of the participants’ motorcycle and equipment. If any malfunctions and / or defects are found after the checks, regardless of their severity or extension, the Participant will be excluded from the Tour, taking such a measure being left at the discretion of the Tour Coordinators.
- 2RIDE products or services
Any person interested in products or services presented on the 2RIDE website is invited to contact 2RIDE using any of the means indicated in the Contact section of the site, in order to inform both the availability of the service or product in question, as well as the contractual conditions, costs, technical or other information.
In order to avoid any doubts, the registration in order to participate in the 2RIDE tours is subject to a prior approval, after analyzing the fulfillment of the conditions of participation by the applicant and verifying the availability of the place requested in a specific 2RIDE tour. No registration, whether it is made by filling in and submitting a form on the 2RIDE website or otherwise, does not produce effects until the moment of receipt by the applicant of a written confirmation from the 2RIDE representatives, attesting the validation of the registration, as regards meeting the conditions of participation and confirming the availability of the place in the respective tour.

The content of the information refers mainly to the description of activities, places visited by 2RIDE and 2RIDE services.
2RIDE does all the necessary diligence to obtain correct information, to correct any errors and to permanently update all the information available on the site.

This information concerns all personal data collected through the registration form for the tours organized by 2RIDE and through the contracts concluded with you for these tours, and these are listed below.
The personal data we process
By completing the registration form available in online format, we collect from you the following personal data: full name, full address, telephone number and e-mail address, brand, model and year of manufacture of your motorcycle. By completing the participation contract at tour available in physical format, we collect from you the following personal data: full name, full address, CNP, number and serial number of your ID, date and issuing authority.
How we collect personal data
We collect only those personal data that you provide to us voluntarily, through the registration form and / or through the contract to participate in the tour, as well as from the photo-video materials made by us during the Tours, if you have given the agreement in this regard.
We inform you that you are free to decide whether to provide this personal information to us. However, participation in the Tour is not possible without the provision of personal data from the registration form and the contract to participate in the Tour.
Purposes and legal grounds for processing
The personal data collected are processed based on the express consent obtained from you through the online registration form, consent collected at the time of enrolling in the Tour, and through the contract to participate in the tour in physical format, consent collected at the start of the Tour.
The personal data collected by us will be used exclusively for the purpose of organizing and conducting the Tour in optimal conditions. So:
- We need the make, model and year of manufacture of your motorcycle to ensure that it meets the requirements of participating in the Tour;
- We use your name, your address, your CNP, the number and series of your identity document, the date and the issuing authority, for the valid conclusion of the tour participation contract and for issuing the tax invoice for the tour price, according to our legal obligations. .
- We use your telephone number and email address to inform you about the details of your participation in the Tour;
- If you agree, we will use your image as it appears in the photo-video material captured during the Tour, for marketing purposes, to promote the Tour, including by posting on social media channels;
- If you agree, we will use your contact details to contact you later on the Tour in order to provide you with information on other Tours organized by us.
The collection of your personal data is strictly limited to what is necessary for organizing, conducting and promoting the Tour, as well as your information about other Tours organized by us.
Storage time
Your personal data processed for the purpose of concluding the training contract and for issuing the tax invoice will be stored for a period of 10 years. The other data will be stored for a period of 2 years. In the same sense, if the storage of other personal data is required under express legal provisions, we may continue to store your personal data for the duration provided for by those legal provisions.
If you withdraw your consent for the processing of the collected personal data or ask us in any other way to delete the collected personal data, we will delete them as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days, except for those mentioned above. that we must keep for our compliance with our legal obligations.
Third parties
As a rule, we do not disclose or transfer your personal data to third parties. However, to the extent that their disclosure or transfer is required by law, we will inform you as soon as possible about this transfer.
