T03 In Bărăgan

Day 1:

The route starts from Bucharest, from the exit to Oltenița. The first part we follow the national road 4 to Soldanu. This first segment is pretty annoying. We will cross some localities and then in Soldanu we will turn left towards the Mânăstirea Village. This very little road is spectacular because it crosses a very dense forest where passing cars have left their mark on the crown of trees, so you will have the impression that you are in a green vegetation tunnel.

From the Mânăstirea Village turn left towards Frasinet. If you want, you can deviate a little from the route and walk to the shore of Lake Mânăstirea.

After the Mânăstirea, the road follows Valea Mostiștei and we have some curves, some small valleys and interesting landscapes with some lakes and weeping willows.

After crossing the A2 motorway, we headed for the Adâncata circuit and then took it on country roads and through many villages to Stefanesti from where we enter Bucharest.
